Yearly Bible Study Guide Bookmark – January {Free Printable Download}

For the past few years, I have participated in the yearly Bible reading. I find it to be SO fulfilling and rewarding — and every year I learn more and more about God’s Word than I could ever imagine.

This year I am participating in it again.

The Bible can be VERY overwhelming. There is ALOT of stuff packed into one book. For this reason, I usually enjoy reading the Bible in Chronological order. It helps me put each book, chapter, and verse in an order in which I can follow along. I am able to get a better picture of the overall sequence of Biblical events.

I get my reading list from HERE – and I love it. The only thing different I wanted to do this year was to make the list in a format in which I can easily keep handy and in my Bible. So, I made it into a “bookmark-type” format.

Have you heard of the Bible Journaling movement? I started journaling a couple of years ago and it is so nice. Here’s a link to a great NLT journaling Bible:

    Hi there! This is awesome and I’ve been following it since January and I’m loving it. For the sake of accuracy, I noticed a couple of repeated chapters so I thought I’d let you know so you can update it! (unless I have an outdated one and you’ve already fixed it 😉 ) there is no Deuteronomy Chapter 35 (the book only has 34 chapters), Psalm 73 is listed twice as are 1 Chronicles 3-5. Lastly there is no mention of when to read 1 Chronicles Chapter 6. I just finished April , I’m a few days behind, but it’s giving me a while new perspective on God’s word. I love listening to the Bible reading from while I follow along in my copy. Thanks again!

    I LOVE this!!! This will be my first “Bible in a Year” deal, so I’m excited! I’m a little behind, but it won’t be hard to catch up!(; are you gonna do one of these at the beginning of each month?
    Thanks for sharing your faith!

    Hey Angela…
    What an awesome idea! Got my grandson, 9, a new bible and he wants to do this. He actually brought it up as something we could do beginning January 1st. Thinking we might need to do the two year read though since he’s so young. We’ll see! Love this site and you!
