JJ Cole Collections Caprice Diaper Bag {Review}

*Deep breath.              I.  hate.  diaper.  bags.                  There.                  I said it.

Two kids later and I still don’t get the point.  They’re bulky, annoying, cumbersome, and usually not very attractive.  Up to this point, I’ve been using an old book bag as my diaper bag.  As it is, it’s pretty hard to find a bag that can handle everything you need for cloth diapering.  The diapers are pretty thick as it is, then you need the wipes, a spray bottle if you are using cloth wipes, then the usuals: powder, lotion, snacks, etc.

When I got the Caprice from JJ Cole Collections, I didn’t think I’d even review it, much less enjoy it.  But in all seriousness, I love it.  I have to be honest, I thought I’d write all this up and not have anything personal to say about it, but I really really liked it a lot.  I’m so glad I have it!

It’s got 4 pockets on the inside, a hide-away changing pad, and a cute little wallet attachment on the side.  This is huge for me.  I don’t carry a purse.  I hate purses.  I hate bags.  (Can you tell??)  But I love that there is a place for all my stuff, not just my kids.  This was clearly designed with mom in mind.  And oh how it’s roomy!  It easily held 7 cloth diapers, my wetbag, a pack of disposable wipes, powder, lotion, a water bottle for myself, one for the baby, and my phone and cards.  Awesome.  And there was totally room to spare for snacks and toys.

And, it’s so cute to boot!  I love the simple design and the color scheme makes it go with anything.  (Even my scrubs!)  I feel like I’m holding a designer bag (which technically, I am!) but for a fraction of the price and with way more functionality.  I can’t believe I’ve been converted.  JJ Cole got me to like diaper bags and purses in one fell swoop!
