Bumbo Booster {review}

I have a confession.  I’m short.  Like, really short.  And my husband?  He’s shorter.  So, we make short kids.  Like really short kids.  Anakin is almost 7 and I just recently moved him out of a 5-point-car seat and only really because he finally weighs enough to be out of it.  We still struggle with him being able to reach the table at a comfortable height.  He often tries to sit on top of his knees and has a hard time eating his food without spilling.

Anakin without the booster, and a view with it.

I am so glad to have been introduced to the Bumbo Booster.  Anakin had such an easier time this morning eating his breakfast cereal.  The booster is made of the same soft foam we have come to expect from Bumbo and is shaped perfectly to promote correct posture and comfortable seating.  It’s also equipped with safety straps for kiddo and easily adjustable straps to fit most any table chair.

The best of Bumbo made especially for big kids as a booster! The Bumbo Booster Seat features the same durable and easy-to-clean low density foam construction as the popular Bumbo Floor Seat. The adjustable straps on bottom attach to most chairs and a three-point harness helps keep toddlers seated comfortably at the dinner table. MSRP: $39.99, available at Target stores and target.com

We were very happy with the product.  We’ve had a really hard time finding a booster that Anakin was happy with and willing to use and he didn’t fight us at all about this one.  It’s designed for toddlers, but obviously it is versatile and can be used for many ages.  I’m sure we will be using it for a while longer with Anakin and then again when Jude outgrows his high chair!
