The Center for Puppetry Arts has quickly become one of my favorite destinations for family-friendly entertainment.  Their unique shows are a favorite for my entire family, and it is exciting each and every time that a new show starts.

In fact, a new show will be debuting next week, and I am certain that you are going to want to check it out as well.

Rudolph soars back into town for this faithful adaptation of the wonderful holiday tradition that speaks to the misfit in all of us. Based on the beloved 1964 stop-motion animated special, Rudolph and his friends {including Hermey the elf, Yukon Cornelius and the Abominable Snow Monster} take the stage in what the Atlanta Journal Constitution describes as a “holly-jolly holiday adventure for theater-goers of all ages.”

Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer is such a classic holiday tale, and one of my all-time favorites.  I am certain that the Center for Puppetry Arts will be able to bring this story to life like never before.  Plus, after the show is over, you’ll have the opportunity to make your own Hermie the Elf Shadow Puppet!  The Create-A-Puppet Workshop is one of our favorite aspects of the Center for Puppetry Arts, and this is sure to be one that you will not want to miss.

As I mentioned, Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer opens next week.  And– I have FOUR tickets to an opening weekend performance to give to one of you.  These tickets are for the 1pm show on Saturday November 10 and would a great way to kick off the holiday season.
