Today I have created a bright and shiny summer card. This card would be perfect to just tell someone hey, or anything YOU see it to say. I’m saving my long tutorial for Fabulous Friday… because trust me – It’s going to be good! So today I’m simply going to show you the card and quickly tell you how I did it! 🙂
I took a bright blue sheet of card stock and cut it at 6 1/2 x 11 inches. I folded it to make it into a card. The two patterned papers that I used on this card were cut at 5 1/2 x 2 3/4 and I purchased them at my local Archivers. I used a border punch by Friskars to create the scalloped look.
I want to take a minute to talk about the brown polka dot ribbon. I actually found this ribbon at Joanne’s, and fell in LOVE with it. One thing that I tend to have a problem with is adhering ribbon to paper. This ribbon is actually self-adhesive… which was FABULOUS! I just simply pulled off the backing and placed it on the page!
–> Thank you for visiting! I hope you have a wonderful Wednesday! 🙂
